Apple Lab did a fabulous job on my MacBook Pro repair. Jusef was very clear about how to fix the... issues I had, how much it would cost and how long it would take. The repair was on budget, turned around within a couple of days as discussed and I have my Macbook pro improved and working better than before. Don't be fooled by all the 5* reviews.Didn't do the job properly. I gave my device for water... damage, after spending a whole day, they tell me they could fix it for an amount, later told me that they need more money! They charge me without fixing my device properly. Idk why after that they call me the next day and told me to send my device again. If they could fix the device, why didn't they did it properly before?Moreover, they felt free to give a 5 star rating on their page using my device without my permission when it was in their hands. Fixing service is good but too expensive. Also, they keep telling that they'll call to give any... update about the device but they never do it. It's you who'll have to call them over and over again to get any update. Just a tip, make sure to on call recorder while talking with them over phone.read more

My only caveat would be to ask them to put a stool in their small waiting area if possible, as I am... disabled and find it hard to stand. However, I didn't draw their attention to this and my repair was dealt with so promptly it was hardly an issue. Excellent service and highly recommended based on my experience.read more

Worst service ever. Messed up the system while 'performing diagnostics'. Tries to scam people.... Avoid at all cost, there are better shops in the area.Edit: All the '5 star' reviews left most likely is left by the repair shop without the owners consent. If you look into their profile, all they have ever rated is 'apple lab', 'dji drone lab', 'car lab' - all owned by the same people.And for the response to whether this is a fake review, I have attached the receipt.read more

Absolutely disgraceful! Sent my macbook air for a power repair, they purposefully destroyed more... internal components for a hefty repair charge. To make things worse, they posted fake reviews from my account to all their businesses. Guess they are not smart enough to remove browser history.read more

My Mac book pro had problem with speaker and I had to fix this problem asap. Luckily, Apple Repair... Station helped me really fast. I took it on Friday afternoon and get it fixed and collected in on Saturday. Also they tested my hard drive and found some problem ahead of any happen. Everyone was nice and explained me very well about the problem and what I can do. I really appreciate it.read more
