We started in 2012 with a simple belief: Apple device owners deserved better than being told to buy new when a £99 repair would do. The Apple Store's flat-rate out-of-warranty pricing — often £600+ for a logic board repair — was leaving too many people stranded.
Marcus Webb, our founder, left his role at Apple's Genius Bar and opened a 200 sq ft workshop on Clerkenwell Road with two colleagues and one mission: fix every Apple device that came through the door, at a fair price, with parts that matched Apple's own quality standards.
Twelve years later we occupy 4,000 sq ft of dedicated workshop space, employ 50+ Apple-certified engineers, and have completed over 18,000 repairs. The mission has not changed at all.
